Worked almost for 3 years in the Little Big Art School in Toronto, Ontario, Derek was deeply inspired by his mentor Lillian Chan, whose passion is to help children to develop patience, discipline and creativity through art education, Derek shares the same dream to bring such platform to more children, where they are given the opportunities to express, cultivate and 

grow their creativity and talent.
